Outside Sales Associate - Milwaukie, OR Please Note: This is a Portland-based, field-oriented position with some in-office collaboration and regular travel to surrounding areas. Employment with Intermountain Wood Products is contingent on successfully passing a background check and drug screening. Full-Time | 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday | Hybrid Field Role | (Base + Bonus) About the Role At Intermountain Wood Products, we're more than a distributor. What You 'll Do * Build Relationships: Develop and strengthen partnerships with flooring dealers, installers, and contractors in the Portland market. * Grow Your Territory: Manage a strong base of existing customers while prospecting for new opportunities. * Be the Expert: Learn our product lines and use your knowledge to guide customers toward the right solutions. * Deliver Service that Stands Out: Go the extra mile -- solving problems, following through, and creating genuine value. * Collaborate & Contribute: Work closely with our inside sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
