Outside Sales Associate - Milwaukie, OR Please Note: This is a Portland-based, field-oriented position with some in-office collaboration and regular travel to surrounding areas. Employment with Intermountain Wood Products is contingent on successfully passing a background check and drug screening. Full-Time | 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday | Hybrid Field Role | (Base + Bonus)

What You 'll Do
- Build Relationships: Develop and strengthen partnerships with flooring dealers, installers, and contractors in the Portland market.
- Grow Your Territory: Manage a strong base of existing customers while prospecting for new opportunities.
- Be the Expert: Learn our product lines and use your knowledge to guide customers toward the right solutions.
- Deliver Service that Stands Out: Go the extra mile -- solving problems, following through, and creating genuine value.
- Collaborate & Contribute: Work closely with our inside sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. What You 'll Bring
- Experience: 2+ years in B2B or relationship-based outside sales (flooring industry experience preferred)
- Driver 's License: Valid license with a clean driving record
- Compliance: Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Relationship Skills: Natural ability to connect, communicate, and build trust with customers
- Mindset: Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to succeed
