Overview

: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Franco Auto Motors. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process, from identifying their needs to finalizing the sale. We will provide qualified leads; however, you will also be expected to proactively generate your own leads through networking, referrals, and outreach. This role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills, a passion for automobiles, and a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Greet customers and build rapport to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed information on vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.
• Conduct vehicle test drives, explain performance, features, and warranties.
• Guide customers through financing, insurance, and paperwork processes.
• Utilize dealership-provided leads while actively generating your own leads through personal networks, referrals, and outreach.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and contribute to dealership success.
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and industry trends.
• Follow up with both potential and existing customers to nurture relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to ensure a seamless sales process.
• Attend training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Ensure a clean and professional appearance of the sales floor and vehicle displays.

Qualifications

:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus).
• 2+ years of experience in automotive sales or a related sales role.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Self-motivated with the ability to generate leads independently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of automotive financing and leasing options is a plus. Skills and Competencies :
