This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in healthcare sales and marketing by developing referral relationships, increasing brand awareness, and supporting physician outreach initiatives. Key Responsibilities * Promote ADC Diagnostic Imaging services to physicians, clinics, and healthcare providers within the assigned territory * Build and maintain strong referral relationships with medical offices and decision-makers * Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and follow-ups with current and prospective referral sources * Support marketing campaigns, events, and community outreach initiatives * Track sales activities, leads, and outcomes using CRM or reporting tools * Gather market intelligence, including competitor activity and referral trends * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and referral satisfaction * Meet or exceed assigned activity and growth targets Qualifications & Skills * High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred * 0-2 years of sales, marketing, or customer-facing experience (healthcare experience a plus, but not required) * Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills * Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn * Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in the field * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM experience is a plus * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Key Competencies * Relationship-building and networking * Persuasive communication * Organizational and follow-up skills * Professional demeanor in medical office environments Performance Metrics * Number of physician visits and outreach activities * Referral growth within assigned territory * New account development * Consistent and accurate reporting
