Overview

ADC Diagnostic Imaging Center is seeking a motivated and results-driven Junior Sales & Marketing Representative to support business growth within Miami-Dade County. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in healthcare sales and marketing by developing referral relationships, increasing brand awareness, and supporting physician outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote ADC Diagnostic Imaging services to physicians, clinics, and healthcare providers within the assigned territory
• Build and maintain strong referral relationships with medical offices and decision-makers
• Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and follow-ups with current and prospective referral sources
• Support marketing campaigns, events, and community outreach initiatives
• Track sales activities, leads, and outcomes using CRM or reporting tools
• Gather market intelligence, including competitor activity and referral trends
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and referral satisfaction
• Meet or exceed assigned activity and growth targets

Qualifications

& Skills

• High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
• 0-2 years of sales, marketing, or customer-facing experience (healthcare experience a plus, but not required)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in the field
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM experience is a plus
