Bob Johnson Toyota has an immediate opening for a hard- working, motivated, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Consultant. This is a full-time position offering performance-based compensation in a supportive, team-oriented environment. We provide industry-leading support and training to build a high-quality workforce while maintaining a professional and collaborative workplace culture. Essential Responsibilities: * Embrace and uphold the company's core values: Teamwork, Integrity, Drive, and Personal Improvement * Prospect sales using the company owner base, social media outreach, and service drive customers * Handle incoming phone and internet leads professionally, persuasively, and promptly * Complete customer delivery and sales documentation accurately * Present vehicles, features, and technology confidently and effectively * Be comfortable presenting and negotiating sales terms * Obtain all required customer and vehicle information, including trade payoffs * Work within the dealership's established sales process * Obtain titles and lien releases from customers and financial institutions as needed * Maintain a professional appearance and a clean, organized work area * Perform other duties as assigned by management Ability to multitask and perform job duties without direct supervision Valid New York State driver's license Team Player with positive attitude
