Full description of the position
Overview We are seeking a real estate assistant to assist a high producing real estate agent and coach with her daily operations and business. This role is in Portland, OR and does require a real estate license. If you are already in classes feel free to apply and shoot me a message mentioning you're in classes already. This role includes the following tasks: * Transaction Coordination work, including completing paperwork, organizing timelines, and communicating with lenders, title companies, contractors, etc. * Assisting with event planning for small events for both client appreciation and coaching. * This role may include showing homes to clients, attending inspections, and running to properties however this role will primarily be in the office. * Assisting with preparing follow-up notes for clients, mailers, and gifts. * Arranging and managing schedules. Our ideal candidate: * Is a licensed real estate agent in Oregon or Washington, or currently pursuing a license. * Well spoken, detail oriented, and able to take initiative in completing tasks. Compensation: * This role does have a base salary in the range of $45,000 - $60,000 based on experience. * You are also allowed to sell real estate and earn additional compensation from that.
