BMW/Audi/VW Sales Advisor With the opening of our new facilities in Lenox, we have several openings! Automotive sales, no experience required, you heard that right, we train our sales advisors. We offer paid training, and an hourly base as well as bonuses and commission. This is not the car business of the past, we hire honest, hardworking people that have an ability to communicate properly, learn, and who have a desire to be of service. This is a job you can be proud of. We are closed on Sundays, and you have a day off during the week. Saturdays are required. We would like to speak with you if you are * Self-Motivated * Honest * Confident * Professional * Looking for a career, not just a job * Excited about the opportunity to join a winning team * Passionate about our brands, including highline brands * Passionate about your success * Passionate about the opportunity to be part of something great * Possess a high degree of integrity Job Responsibilities * Build and nurture relationships to build a strong and stable clientele for life * Exhibit consultative selling skills * Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses * Take meticulous notes on all client interactions, for both in-person and phone conversations * Continuously develop product and sales business acumen to become fluent on all things BMW, Audi and Volkswagen * Know the ins and the outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies * Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/pre-owned vehicles * Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business * Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations * Report directly to the Sales Managers regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses Pay: $56,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year, including any supplemental pay which may include bonus, commission, draw or other pay components.
