Duties: * Run Company-Generated Leads * Work Collaboratively with Sales Management to Develop and Implement Appropriate Prospecting Strategies for Today's Modern Buyer * Network and Build Relationships to Expand Business with New Clients * Generate Sales by completing Prospecting and Marketing Activities set forth by Management * Be an Enthusiastic Participant in the Custom Built Proven Process - Quarterbacking each Project from Concept through Completion * This position will require the Ability to Go in Homes, Measure Rooms, and Create Detailed Budget Ranges for Potential Clients * Represent the Company in a Professional and Positive Manner while Working to Increase Sales and Sales Potential * Educate and Sell Company Products and Services to New and Existing Clients Qualifications: * At least 2 years of Sales Experience in any field, Construction, or Industrial Sales is a Plus * Strong Negotiation Skills * Able to Build and Maintain Relationships(Networking) * Ability to Build Rapport with Clients * Experience in Growing Market Share * Must have a Tenacious Drive to Sell and the Ability to Problem-Solve * Strong Mathematics and Computer Skills are Essential * Strong Organizational Skills and Sales Tracking Abilities * Strong Desire to Move Up Within the Company * Able to Travel to Client/Prospect homes, Attend Events and Meetings in Person, Able to Lift 50 lbs.
