As a NAPA Auto Parts Outside Salesperson , you have the opportunity to promote the entire NAPA line of products for a fast paced leader in the automotive parts industry. Use your customer focused sales skills to knock sales out of the park and manage your income potential to its highest potential. Primary responsibilities include: * Work with the Store Managers and Sales Manager to develop sales plans * Promote the full line of NAPA products and programs to existing customers * Develop new customer relationships with wholesales customers through prospecting and cold calling * Maintain and grow current as well as new customer partnerships * Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as professional conduct and appearance at all times. * Basic knowledge of Excel Spreadsheet * Time management and organizational skills Required skills include: * Must be at least 21 years old with a High School diploma or equivalent * Prior automotive background or knowledge, ASE Certification is a preferred * Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record * Ability to juggle prospecting and cold calling while maintaining current customer business needs * Great communication skills and professional appearance * Must pass drug screening * Must speak Spanish We are proud of our NAPA team and ready to share the Know How!
