Assistant BDC/Rental Manager Job Responsibilities * Assist in managing incoming sales and service leads through phone, email, and online inquiries. * Schedule appointments and follow up with potential customers to support the sales team. * Help coordinate the rental vehicle fleet, ensuring vehicles are clean, available, and properly documented. * Communicate effectively with service advisors, technicians, and customers to manage rental timelines and expectations. * Track performance metrics and support daily reporting to ensure department goals are met. * Step in to support the BDC Manager and Rental Manager as needed, keeping operations running smoothly.
