We are a smaller but very well established and growing landscape management company who is looking for a rockstar who loves Landscape and talking to People about it! If you love being outside and talking to people about beautiful landscapes then we want to hear from you. The right person will be highly motivated and have experience with landscape maintenance, landscape projects, re-scapes, new construction landscape installs, grading, paver patios, retaining walls, walkways, plantings, snow plowing services, ect. The right candidate will have at least 5 years of landscape experience and will be a team player with a good attitude. Our landscape consultants are the face of the company and are responsible for both selling our services and projects as well as seeing the jobs through by walking the intial job sites with the production crew to get them started to implement them. We like to help each other out in the office and work together to put create great projects for our customers. Experience with both hardscape and softscape landscape is a must as well as either some customer service and or sales experience. A self motivated individual will have the ability to earn $100,000 plus in year one especially if they have a great knowledge of landscape and like talking to customers. In the winter it is all hands on deck for our snow and ice management services so we all contribute and help manage these accounts. We market agressively to our geographic area and have hundreds of existing customers to sell to as we are building a well known local brand. The right person will have everything they need with a built in customer base to call and email to upsell new services as well as 10 plus new sales appointment leads per week. We want a motivated person who has a background in landscape to come build an awesome career with us as we build our company. The right person will have strong communication skills on the phone and in person to be able to effectively work with and close on landscape services and projects. This is an approximately 45 hour per week job and the right person who is motivated can build a six figure career with us.
