Job Title: Sales Account Manager Essential Job Functions of the Position: * Sales and marketing of Probe Card Division products to assigned customers at their locations * Achieve annual customer booking objectives set by the Probe Card Division * Drive bookings growth through penetration of existing accounts and sales to new customers using strategic sales planning and value-based selling * Develop customized customer presentations that professionally position the MPI brand in North America, following corporate guidelines and obtaining management approval * Deliver formal presentations to customers and senior management * Travel occasionally to corporate headquarters in Taiwan to accompany customers or participate in training activities * Attend and participate in technical conferences and trade shows * Engage closely with customers to develop accurate and timely probe card specifications and quotations * Provide hands-on support during probe card qualification and debug processes * Complete required administrative tasks, including customer visit reports, internal process development, cross-functional projects, and expense reports * Offer general customer support via email and phone Employment Requirements: * Work Experience: At least 2 years of related experience (preferred but not required); preferably in the semiconductor industry. * Education: Associates or above degree from an accredited university. Electrical or Mechanical Engineering will be a plus * Skills: Ability to use advanced Microsoft Office programs, e.g. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.etc. Good verbal and presentation skills, effective communication skills * Language ability: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, fluent Mandarin will be a benefit * Essential Abilities: Fast learner, Self-motivated, Team player, Self-starter, Problem solver, Works independently without supervision * Employment Authorization: Authorized to work in the US without VISA sponsorship * Must have driver's license, ability to travel internationally, and have and maintain the qualifications to work in the US Working Conditions: * Job Type: Full time * Hours: 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, Weekend and overnight work may be required based upon company needs. * Travel: Requiring up to 50% travel. Weekend and overnight travel may be required based upon customer requirements and company needs.
