About Alpha Nodus Alpha Nodus is a healthcare SaaS startup building Gravity --software that helps healthcare providers automate patient workflow operations. We move fast, we build real product, and we don't do "busy work theater." We're hiring a high-output sales execution machine who can follow up, move deals forward, keep CRM clean, and help our pipeline grow--while learning the product and leveling up into a Customer Success / Account Manager path. The Role This is a sales-first role. * 70% Sales Execution * 20% Marketing + lead research * 10% light office/admin coordination (filing, DocuSign, keeping things organized ) You will be the person who makes sure leads don't go cold, follow-ups don't slip, and deals don't stall because "we forgot to send that thing." What You 'll Do Sales Execution (Primary) * Run daily follow-ups with leads/prospects via email, phone, and LinkedIn. * Own pipeline hygiene in Pipedrive : stages, tasks, reminders, notes, next steps, and reporting. * Schedule meetings/demos and ensure prospects show up prepared. * Draft and send proposals, quotes, and DocuSign agreements using templates (and improve those templates over time). * Keep deals moving: chase approvals, answer basic questions, coordinate next steps internally. * Track results and report weekly: meetings held, pipeline created, proposals sent, conversion rates. Marketing Support + Lead Generation * Build targeted lead lists using research (titles, company types, regions, intent signals). * Support social outreach (especially LinkedIn): posting cadence, engagement, light content coordination. * Use AI tools to speed research and messaging without sounding like spam. * Support marketing campaigns with execution and tracking. Trade Shows / Events * Help prep and run events/trade shows (booth logistics, lead capture, follow-up execution). * Post-event follow-up so leads actually convert into pipeline. Light Office/Admin Coordination (Small slice) * Keep key documents organized (Drive structure, templates, signed agreements). * Send DocuSign packets and maintain basic records. * Help coordinate basic office logistics as needed. Tools You 'll Use * Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets/Drive/Gmail/Calendar) * Pipedrive CRM * AI tools for research and messaging acceleration * DocuSign (or equivalent) * Bonus: Canva, Zapier/n8n, basic web/marketing tools Required Qualifications * 1-3 years experience in sales coordination, SDR/BDR support, outbound outreach, recruiting coordination, or a fast-paced execution role. * Strong communication (you can write messages that get replies). * Comfortable with outbound follow-up (yes, that includes picking up the phone). * Highly organized and task-driven (you don't "forget" things). * Tech-comfortable: CRMs, spreadsheets, AI tools, learning new systems quickly. * Must work in-office in Sunrise, FL (no remote option). Nice-to-Haves * B2B SaaS experience (healthcare is a plus) * Proposal/quote experience * Event/trade show experience * Basic automation mindset (templates, systems, repeatability) Compensation & Performance Pay Base salary: $45,000-$60,000 (based on experience) Performance pay: $10,000-$25,000 based on measurable outcomes (OTE $55,000-$85,000) Performance pay is tied to: * Qualified meetings held (not just booked) * Sales-qualified opportunities created * Closed-won support (kicker for deals you help push over the finish line) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Application Question(s): * What is the reason for leaving your previous job?
