As a Junior Sales Consultant, you'll work directly with former, current, and potential customers to deliver a seamless experience from first conversation to closed sale. This role blends relationship-building, consultative selling, and hands-on exposure to real-world marketing strategies. Your Role As A Junior Sales Consultant: * Follow up with former, current, and prospective customers to maintain strong relationships and drive new opportunities through strategic marketing * Engage in direct customer interactions to build trust and close sales as a Junior Sales Consultant * Use a consultative approach to identify customer pain points and recommend tailored solutions backed by effective marketing * Deliver top-tier customer service while representing client brands through personalized marketing conversations * Participate in ongoing virtual and in-person training focused on sales fundamentals, customer psychology, and marketing strategies * Collaborate with team members to refine messaging, outreach techniques, and customer engagement marketing * Track performance, feedback, and growth milestones as part of your development as a Junior Sales Consultant Ideal Qualities & Attributes Of A Junior Sales Consultant: * Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset * Coachable attitude with an interest in sales, leadership, and marketing * Ability to stay organized, follow up consistently, and manage conversations confidently * Desire to grow beyond an entry-level role into account management through hands-on marketing exposure * Positive energy, reliability, and a strong work ethic * Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent * Ability to reliably commute to our onsite Concord office location daily Job Type: Full-time Pay: $52,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Cell phone reimbursement * Opportunities for advancement * Professional development assistance * Travel reimbursement Work Location: In person
