Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, leveraging your expertise in B2B sales, territory management, and customer relationship management to expand our market presence across various industries. A strong background in technology sales, management, and marketing will be highly valued as you engage with clients and demonstrate our products and services. Responsibilities * Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and targeted marketing efforts. * Manage and grow existing client accounts by providing exceptional customer service and tailored solutions. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing features and benefits. * Develop and execute territory management strategies to maximize sales opportunities within assigned regions. * Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently while maintaining positive customer relationships. * Utilize CRM software such as Dealersocket, manage customer data, and analyze sales performance. * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness. * Upsell additional products or services to existing clients to increase revenue streams. * Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities. * Provide feedback on customer needs and product improvements to the management team. Skills * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Expertise in territory management, lead generation, and account management strategies. * Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships. * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. * Strong communication skills for conducting product demos, presentations, and client negotiations. * Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic sales plans accordingly. * Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term client relationships. * Experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus but not required. * Knowledge of marketing principles and technology sales is advantageous. * Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
