As an Agency manager, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring agents, developing innovative sales strategies, and cultivating strong relationships with clients to drive business growth and success. you will play a crucial role in building a performance-oriented culture, ensuring that agents have the tools and support they need to excel in their roles. This position requires a strategic mindset combined with exceptional leadership skills, as you, will be expected to analyze market trends, review performance metrics, and implement effective initatives to enhance productivity and client satisfactions. Responsibilities: * Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve agency targets through effective coaching and performance management. * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence via outside sales efforts, telemarketing campaigns, and retail outreach. * Cultivate strong realtionships with clients by providing personlized service. * Conduct negotiations with prospective clients to secure new business agreements. * Oversee sales administration tasks including documentation, reporting, and compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA where applicable. * Implement marketing initiatives to promote agency services locally and online., increasing brand awareness and customer engagement. * Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. * Manage benefits administration process for clients, ensuring they receive optimal coverage options aligned with their needs. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining high client satisfaction levels. Skills: * Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a track record of meeting of exceeding targets preferred. * Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively while building lasting client relationships. * Excellent communications skills. * Proficiency in sales administration tools, CRM systems, and marketing platforms to streamline operations. * Analytical skills to interpret market data, assess performance metrics, and develop strategic plans. * Ability to manage benefits administration processes efficiently while ensuring compliance with industry standards. * Customer service excellence with a proactive approach to problem solving and client engagement. * Experience in telemarketing campaigns or outreach programs that generate leads and foster community engagement.
