Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue growth by engaging prospective and existing customers through inbound and outbound sales activities. This role is responsible for educating customers on services, identifying needs, and closing sales while delivering an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and online inquiries Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services Present and explain service offerings, pricing, and promotions Close sales and achieve individual and team sales targets Accurately document customer interactions and sales activity in CRM systems Follow up with leads, quotes, and existing customers to maximize conversion Address customer questions and objections in a professional and persuasive manner Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth service onboarding Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company services and industry trends Adhere to company policies, sales scripts, and compliance requirements Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred) 13 years of inside sales, call center sales, or customer-facing experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build rapport and influence purchasing decisions Comfortable working in a metrics-driven, fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and experience using CRM systems Strong organizational and follow-up skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in consumer services, home services, or subscription-based sales Prior experience handling high call volumes Familiarity with consultative or solution-based selling Skills & Competencies Persuasive and confident communication style Customer-centric mindset Resilience and ability to handle rejection Time management and goal orientation Team-oriented attitude with a positive work ethic For immediate consideration, apply today!
