Overview Spa Front Desk Sales Associate -> Assistant Manager in Training Downtown Fort Lauderdale (Las Olas) Full-Time | Saturday-Wednesday | Weekends Required | 10:00 AM-7:00 PM If you're a natural closer who loves luxury hospitality--and you want a clear path into leadership--this role is built for you. We're hiring a high-level Front Desk Sales Associate who will train directly into an Assistant Manager track. This is not a "sit-and-check-people-out" front desk job. Why this role is a win for the right person * Commission-focused earnings: Reliable base + strong commission potential (you control your income) * Assistant Manager training path: leadership development, operations exposure, and growth opportunity * Premium clientele: luxury services, couples experiences, upgrades, memberships, packages * High-impact environment: your results are visible, valued, and rewarded * Stable full-time schedule: Saturday through Wednesday (10 AM-7 PM) What you'll do * Convert inquiries into bookings (phone, text, email, in-person) * Sell memberships, packages, and upgrades with confidence and care * Deliver a white-glove guest experience from the first "hello" to checkout * Manage front desk flow: scheduling, confirmations, follow-ups, rebooking * Handle daily front desk operations: POS, notes, service confirmations, guest requests * Support spa leadership and begin training in assistant manager responsibilities Who you are * You have proven sales ability (hospitality, spa, salon, medical office, fitness, or luxury retail is a plus) * You're comfortable with a reliable base rate because you know you can earn through commission * You can work a full-time schedule Saturday-Wednesday including every weekend (10-7) * You're confident on the phone and can handle objections without getting flustered * You're polished, professional, and personable--clients trust you quickly * You're organized, punctual, and thrive in a fast-paced environment * You're motivated by goals, growth, and leadership--not "just a job" Compensation * (Average $17-$27/hr) w/ base pay + commission based on sales performance * Your earning potential increases as you grow into the Assistant Manager track(Details shared during interviews.
