RLRENTACAR is an Independent Operation (IO) of an AVIS/BUDGET Location. We are seeking a Rental Customer Service Agent/Flex Agent to join our Team. The Rental Customer Service Agent/Flex Agent must provide excellent customer service. * Greet customers and provide a positive, professional rental experience * Process rental agreements accurately and efficiently * Promote and sell rental upgrades, protection plans, and ancillary products * Answer customer questions and resolve issues promptly * Inspect vehicles and ensure proper documentation * Clean Vehicles when needed * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment * Meet or exceed customer service and sales performance goals Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, work independently, multi task and utilize down time wisely. Rental Sales Agents will be evaluated and awarded incentives based on predetermined service and sales goals and standards.
