Position: In-Home Sales Consultant Pay Range: Earn Up To $135K+ annually! Compensation Breakdown: * Paid Training 6 weeks - Transition to draw $850 weekly (Paid bi-weekly) * Potential to earn $100,000 + via commission (Paid twice a month) - Company-Generated Leads: 7% of total contract value - Self-Generated Leads: 9% of total contract value * Daily/Monthly Spiffs * Top Performers Achieve Six-Figure+ Annual Earnings! You'll meet with customers at pre-set, qualified appointments , listen to their needs, and present tailored solutions with confidence and professionalism. Leads You 'll Work With: * Company-Generated Leads: Opportunities provided directly by the company, including assigned leads, inbound calls from homeowners or businesses, and leads from company-paid marketing or systems. * Self-Generated Leads: Opportunities you source independently through your own outreach, networking, or prospecting efforts. Core Responsibilities: * Guide homeowners through a proven in-home sales process * Run pre-set, qualified appointments * Assess homeowner needs and present solution-based options * Lead conversations calmly and confidently through the decision process * Complete contracts, deposits, and financing accurately * Maintain organized CRM records (JobNimbus) * Collaborate with internal production and estimating teams * Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and reviews * Represent Bigfoot with professionalism and accountability Job Type: Full-time Projected Total Compensation: Up to $135,000.00 per year Benefits: * Company car * Paid training * Referral program Work Location: In person
