Position: In-Home Sales Consultant

Pay Range

: Earn Up To $135K+ annually!

Compensation

Breakdown:

• Paid Training 6 weeks - Transition to draw $850 weekly (Paid bi-weekly)
• Potential to earn $100,000 + via commission (Paid twice a month) - Company-Generated Leads: 7% of total contract value - Self-Generated Leads: 9% of total contract value
• Daily/Monthly Spiffs

• Full-Time
• Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
• Evening and Weekend Availability Required, Some Appointments May Be Scheduled Outside Regular Business Hours

Requirements

:

• Sales experience required -- at least 1-2 years in outside or inside sales.
• Industry experience in impact windows, doors, or roofing is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to quickly build trust and long-term client relationships.
• Coachable and open-minded, with a willingness to learn.
• Highly motivated, organized, and goal-driven.
• Must hold a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
• Comfortable with CRM systems, smartphones, and digital tools. The ideal In-Home Sales Consultant is:

You'll meet with customers at pre-set, qualified appointments , listen to their needs, and present tailored solutions with confidence and professionalism. • Company-Generated Leads: Opportunities provided directly by the company, including assigned leads, inbound calls from homeowners or businesses, and leads from company-paid marketing or systems.
• Self-Generated Leads: Opportunities you source independently through your own outreach, networking, or prospecting efforts. Core

Responsibilities

:

• Guide homeowners through a proven in-home sales process
• Run pre-set, qualified appointments
• Assess homeowner needs and present solution-based options
• Lead conversations calmly and confidently through the decision process
• Complete contracts, deposits, and financing accurately
• Maintain organized CRM records (JobNimbus)
• Collaborate with internal production and estimating teams
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and reviews
