Job Position Summary : SNA Electronics Inc., a contract manufacturer specializing in PCB assembly, cable harness assembly, box build, and system integration , is seeking a Sales and Marketing Specialist to drive new customer development and expand our market presence. This role will focus on identifying opportunities, building relationships, and promoting our EMS capabilities to diverse industries. Key Responsibilities : * Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers in EMS markets (PCB assembly, cable harness, box build, system integration). * Identify target industries and prospects, generate qualified leads, and manage the sales pipeline. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up. * Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to align customer requirements with manufacturing capabilities. * Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients. * Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth. * Support marketing initiatives including digital campaigns, trade shows, and promotional materials. * Track and report sales metrics, providing regular updates to management. * Additional assigned duties as requested Qualifications : * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred). * 5+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing within electronics manufacturing or EMS industry. * Strong understanding of PCB assembly, cable harnesses, and system integration processes. * Proven track record of developing new customers and achieving sales targets. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. * Willingness to travel to meet customers and attend industry events. * Portfolio of prior sales/marketing achievements (e.g., case studies, customer acquisition examples, campaign results, or documented revenue growth) to demonstrate proven experience and capabilities.
