We're growing and looking for a motivated Outside Sales Associate to join our awesome team. What You 'll Do: As an Outside Sales Associate at Lifeline, you'll be out and about, meeting with clients to promote our products/services, build relationships, and sign up qualifying customers for wireless lifeline service. You'll have the freedom to manage your own territory, hit sales goals, and be a key part of our team's success. Your Day-to-Day:

• Set up tent location within assigned territories to promote and enroll qualified customers in the Lifeline program.
• Educate potential customers on the eligibility criteria and benefits of Lifeline programs.
• Enroll qualified customers in the Lifeline program.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with community members and local organizations to generate leads and referrals.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills in addressing inquiries and concerns from prospective clients.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets as set by the sales management team.
• Complete necessary electronic paperwork accurately and in a timely manner, including sales contracts and customer applications.
• Continuously update knowledge of Lifeline program regulations and industry trends to effectively communicate updates to potential customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and enhance service delivery. What We 're Looking For:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation.
• Great communicator with a knack for building relationships.
• Self-starter who's comfortable working independently and staying on top of things.
• Goal-oriented and motivated by sales targets.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Enjoys working with the public.
• Knowledge of local community resources and demographics is a plus. What We Offer:
