Location: Naples, FL (Relocation assistance available) Compensation: $60,000-$80,000 per year + commission About the Role We are seeking a motivated *Outside Parts Sales Representative - Heavy Duty/Diesel *with strong industry knowledge in parts, engines, and applications. This role combines relationship management with proactive lead generation, leveraging both our customer database and new business development opportunities. Responsibilities * Visit and service existing customers using provided database * Generate new leads and expand market presence * Provide knowledgeable support on heavy duty parts and applications * Utilize technology platforms for sales leads and customer acquisition * Maintain reliable transportation for customer visits (approved travel expenses covered) Qualifications * Heavy duty industry knowledge (parts, engines, applications) required * English fluency; Spanish language skills a plus * Strong communication and customer service skills * Ability to work independently and meet sales goals * Familiarity with software such as Fullbay, Shopmonkey, or NAPA TRACS preferred Benefits * Competitive salary ($60k-$80k) plus commission * Health insurance after 90 days * Paid Time Off: 1 week after 1 year, plus 1 additional day per year thereafter * Relocation assistance available for Central/South Florida * Approved travel expenses covered Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits: * Health insurance * Paid time off * Relocation assistance * Travel reimbursement Work Location: In personConfidential
