Job Description

We are a growing global organization seeking an experienced Sales Manager to support and expand our international automotive sales operations. This role manages large-scale revenue plans, supports a small sales team, and works closely with senior leadership to drive global growth. This position is ideal for a results-driven sales leader who enjoys international travel, strategic planning, and being rewarded through a bonus and commission structure tied to performance.

Responsibilities

• Support and guide a team of 3 -4 sales team members (no hiring/firing authority)
• Execute and manage annual sales plans ranging from $120M -$150M
• Drive international market expansion and business development initiatives
• Partner with the Sales/Marketing National Manager on forecasting and reporting
• Travel internationally 30 -50% to support customers and distributors
• Monitor sales performance, trends, and KPIs to ensure targets are met
• Build and maintain strong relationships with global partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (Sales, Marketing, International Business, or related field)
• MBA strongly preferred
• Previous experience managing high-revenue sales plans ($120M -$150M)
• Automotive industry experience required
• Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills
