We are looking for someone with GREAT customer service skills and SALES experience! We greet all of our customers with a smile. Greeting customers in a friendly manner, determining their needs, and exceeding their expectations is our goal. Our store is open 7-days a week. Employees rotate schedules and do not receive a set schedule. This is a FULL TIME position - 40 hours per week. All employees must be available to open, close and work Saturday and Sunday on rotating shifts. All employees must be able to lift 50lbs, have reliable transportation with no schedule restrictions - available to work Monday through Friday, Saturday and Sunday. 40 Hour per week position - FULL TIME. Opening and Closing Shifts are scheduled on a rotating basis. All employees must be available to open and close (8am/7:30pm). Deliver exceptional customer service through customer engagement and quality product delivery. Be knowledgeable of products and servers offered and properly promote them to customers. Identify customer needs and offer additional services which could benefit them. Receive, sort and place mail in mailboxes accurately. Record all sales transactions completely and accurately in Point of Sale System. Pack contents for shipping using established procedures and products. Receive and prepare documents for printing. Operate all other software packages. Receive and process packages for shipping, including lifting and weighing packages, accessing shipment manifesting software, and generating labels. May require retrieving packages from customers vehicle when requested. Process and document damaged shipments, late and lost package claims. Assist in merchandising the store, including stocking shelves with product, ensuring clean and orderly appearance of product, informing appropriate personnel of inventory levels for re-ordering supplies. Perform end of day duties: reconciliation of cash, checks, money orders, credit cards, and all other transactions accurately and in accordance with company policy and procedure. Operate copiers, fax machines, binding equipment and all other office machines in a safe, efficient and productive manner. Help customers operate office machines located in retail area. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. General housekeeping duties. Other duties assigned. Spanish a plus!
