Job Title: Inside Sales Representative Job Description The Inside Sales Representative plays a crucial role in driving growth, account penetration, and maximizing sales profitability. We seek a talented and competitive individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales cycle environment. You will manage calls and emails, complete orders, and provide exemplary customer service. Responsibilities * Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business. * Manage multitasking duties including calls, emails, and data entry, providing product, price, and availability information to customers. * Review quote activity and initiate follow-ups after becoming well-versed with your targets. * Ensure customer satisfaction through timely, efficient, and accurate processing of enquiries, sales orders, expedite requests, and web shop enquiries. * Collaborate with the Asset Management Team to ensure accurate pricing and cost targets are met. * Participate in process improvement activities. * Achieve individual sales targets. * Perform all other duties as assigned. Work Environment This is an on-site position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm. You will be part of a dedicated team of 10 professionals. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Doral, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
