Position Summary The Sales Analyst, Foodservice provides critical analytical, administrative, and project coordination support to the Chief Growth Officer while collaborating closely with the Growth team. This role bridges research, sales operations, and execution -- supporting account strategy through market insights, KPI tracking, document management, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives on organization, data accuracy, and enabling business growth through strong process management. Key Responsibilities Research & Insights * Pull and synthesize industry data from Technomic, Datassential, and other sources to identify trends and opportunities within key national accounts. * Support preparation of sales decks, presentations, and proposals with data-driven insights and market context. Sales Operations & Reporting * Generate and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports covering KPIs, revenue, pipeline health, conversion rates, and customer retention. * Support forecasting, budgeting, and variance tracking to ensure alignment with sales and finance objectives. * Maintain ERP and CRM systems (e.g., Sage, NetSuite, Salesforce, or Blacksmith) to ensure data accuracy, order flow visibility, and pricing documentation integrity. Project & Client Coordination * Manage project timelines and deliverables between National Accounts and cross-functional partners to ensure seamless execution. * Coordinate internal communication with R&D, Operations, Finance, and Marketing to support pricing, samples, and client requests. * Prepare meeting agendas, recaps, and follow-ups to maintain accountability and progress on all active projects. Document Tracking & Administration * Maintain and organize customer contracts, pricing agreements, NDAs, and other key documentation. * Support audit readiness and ensure accurate version control of client-facing materials. * Assist with document routing, signature tracking, and secure digital filing. Qualifications Required * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field * 2+ years of experience in sales support, operations, or data analysis * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Blacksmith) * Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Sage, SAP, or NetSuite) * Strong organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail Preferred * Experience in food manufacturing, distribution, or B2B sales environments * Familiarity with industry research tools such as Technomic and Datassentials * Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced setting Compensation The pay range for this role takes into account the wide array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $25.00 - $30.00 per hour.
