Compensation

Your Role: As a Sales Representative, you'll be the first touchpoint for business owners looking for working capital. You'll guide them through the early stages of the MCA (Merchant Cash Advance) process--explaining our services, qualifying prospects, and collecting the necessary information to hand off to our closers for funding. This is a high-activity role, but you're not starting from scratch --we hand you the opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Engage with inbound and follow-up leads provided by the company
• Qualify prospects and clearly explain how our services work
• Use our CRM to manage your pipeline and follow-up efficiently
• Collaborate with our internal team to ensure a smooth handoff for closing
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance targets

What You Bring

to the Table:

• Proven phone sales experience (B2B preferred)
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and urgency
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Experience with MCA or financial services is a plus but not required

Compensation

: Base salary + top-tier commission structure. Top reps earn $120K+ annually. Only local applicants will be considered for this role. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
