Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Agricultural Drone Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role combines hands-on drone operation, customer engagement, technical support, and product returns management. The ideal candidate is passionate about agriculture, technology, and customer success, with a knack for demonstrating the value of our drone solutions to clients. Key Responsibilities Drone Flight Demonstrations * Conduct live drone flight demonstrations for prospective and existing clients to showcase the capabilities of TerraXplore's agricultural drones. * Plan and execute demo flights, including pre-flight checks, flight path programming, and post-flight analysis. * Highlight features such as precision spraying, crop monitoring, and data collection to address customer needs. Sales Support * Engage with clients to understand their agricultural needs and recommend appropriate drone solutions. * Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored proposals and close deals. * Provide product expertise during client meetings, trade shows, and industry events. Technical Support * Offer first-line technical support to customers, troubleshooting issues related to drone hardware, software, and operation. * Assist clients with setup, configuration, and optimization of drones for specific agricultural applications. * Document and escalate complex technical issues to the engineering team as needed. Qualifications * Education : Associate's or Bachelor's degree in agriculture, agronomy, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). * Experience : * Prior experience in sales, customer service, or technical support is a plus. * Skills : * FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification (or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire). * Strong communication and presentation skills for client demos and sales interactions. * Technical aptitude for troubleshooting hardware and software issues. * Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for managing RMA processes. * Other Requirements : * Willingness to travel for client demos and trade shows (up to 30% travel). * Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 80 lbs (drone equipment and accessories). * Passion for agriculture and technology, with a customer-focused mindset.
