About the Role: We're seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our team. This hybrid role will have you spending 2 days in the field meeting clients and 3 days in the office. We're looking for candidates with experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, telecommunications, financial services, logistics, healthcare, industries where multitasking, managing targets, and thriving under pressure are key. What You 'll Do * Conduct 70+ face-to-face client visits per week , generating leads and strengthening relationships. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through inbound and outbound efforts. * Manage your sales pipeline and leads using our ATS and CRM systems. * Track activities, follow-ups, and results to keep your pipeline full and organized. * Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals , with clear commission rewards. * Partner closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and long-term client success.
