Just to Be Clear: You MUST Have... * 2+ years of social work experience. * 2+ years of home health experience (caregiving is a PLUS!). * 2+ years of face-to-face marketing / sales. * 2+ years of verifiable work history with the SAME employer (U.S.- based). * Ability to pass a fingerprint scan + drug screen on Day 1. * You have a reliable vehicle & are willing to drive throughout Tri-Valley. - Here's the Schedule: Monday - Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM + occasional weekends - What You'll Actually Do: * Visit hospitals, rehab centers, senior facilities & build relationships w/ potential referral sources. * Be the face of our home care agency in the Hayward community. * Attend events, job fairs, and community meet-ups. * Set your own weekly outreach strategy - then go make it happen. * Keep tabs on trends, leads, and opportunities. * Bring your own flavor, hustle & connections to the table. - Fast-Track Your Resume - Call Me & Email Me w/ Your Resume!
