The Role As a Solar Retail Lead Generation Specialist , you will work inside designated retail locations and engage with homeowners who are already shopping for home improvement solutions. This is not door-to-door canvassing. You will be in a professional retail environment, starting conversations, educating customers on solar at a high level, and setting qualified appointments for our sales consultants. This role is commission-based, fast-paced, and performance driven. It is ideal for someone who wants to make money quickly while learning how the solar industry works from the ground up. What You Will Be Doing * Engaging retail customers in casual, professional conversations * Identifying homeowners who may qualify for solar * Educating customers on the basics of solar and available options * Scheduling qualified appointments for solar consultants * Tracking leads and activity using company systems * Providing feedback on customer interest and common questions * Participating in ongoing training and coaching You are not responsible for closing deals. Your focus is generating interest and setting quality appointments.
