Overview
NexSignia is an earlystage startup building the next generation of digital signage for small annd medium business communication. We are looking for an entrepreneurial B2B Sales Representative who thrives in fastmoving environments and enjoys building opportunities from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow with a startup, open new markets, and directly influence the company's commercial foundation. The compensation model includes a small base support + performancebased commissions , rewarding your results and initiative.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and close new B2B accounts across multiple industries.
- Conduct inperson and virtual presentations to decisionmakers.
- Generate your own leads through outreach, networking, and relationship building.

- Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns that support your pipeline.
- Represent NexSignia at local events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities using CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, outside sales, or technology sales.
- Strong closing and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Selfmotivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently.
- Ability to communicate value clearly to business owners and decisionmakers. Preferred Skills
- Experience in technology.
- Familiarity with marketing tools (Canva, CRM platforms, etc.).
