Our client is seeking an experienced Property & Casualty Insurance Agent for a direct-hire opportunity in Jensen Beach, Florida. This role is ideal for a licensed professional who delivers excellent customer service and thrives in a salesdriven environment. Commission is earned on new and retained business. Key Requirements * Active Florida 2-20 P &C License (Required) * 2+ years of insurance experience in personal and/or commercial lines * Strong customer service and communication skills * Proficiency with agency management systems (Applied Epic, AMS360), quoting platforms, and Microsoft Office * Goaloriented mindset with the ability to manage inbound leads and generate new business Role Highlights * Advise clients on P&C insurance options * Process quotes, renewals, and policy changes * Build and maintain client relationships * Support a wellestablished agency with strong community presence This is a great opportunity to join a reputable agency in a stable, permanent role.
