Responsibilities * Ensure positive customer experience with every interaction * Deepening relationships with customers by selling additional products * Conducting needs-based policy reviews and updating policies and coverage as needed * Cross-selling existing customers with other Allstate products and brokered products where available * Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referrals * Generating quotes at high volumes * Maintaining accurate documentation in agency systems * Maintain required licenses * Coordinates the Claims and Claims Follow Up process * Prepares quotes, writes new business, and follows up on unsold quotes * Sets Financial Service Appointments for Agent and FS * Handles policy changes for customers * Takes payments from customers * Answers customer questions and follows up on unresolved issues * Opens office, stops call forwarding, obtains voice mail messages * Obtains/secures ALL "trailing documents" from clients * Participates in weekly Agency Training, required CE and Allstate training * Calls on telemarketing and all leads provided by Agent Experience * Excellent communication/interpersonal skills * Confident, self-starter who works well independently * Ability to effectively work with teammates to ensure seamless customer experience * Efficient and driven to fulfill customer needs * Strong computer skills * Must have ability to multi-task * Strong organizational skills * A Property & Casualty license with one year minimum insurance agency experience preferred Please Send Resumes!!
