Job Summary: We're seeking an energetic and professional Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll engage directly with customers to promote AT&T wireless services, plans, and devices. You'll play a key role in driving sales performance, building customer trust, and delivering exceptional service. What You'll Do: - Engage customers with a consultative approach to identify their communication needs and match them with suitable AT&T wireless plans, devices, and home products. - Achieve or exceed sales targets and performance goals. - Work alongside the team to follow up on leads and optimize opportunity outcomes. - Maintain organized workflows and manage outreach activities effectively. What We're Looking For: - Looking for passionate, goal-oriented sales experts who thrive in a fast- moving, customer-facing setting. - Sales experience or refined sales acumen (preferably Tech-focused) customer- oriented with hands-on familiarity across sales processes. - Ambitious, efficient, and skilled at working on your own initiative. - Able to learn and adjust rapidly to evolving products and processes. - Team-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management capabilities What We Offer: -Pay Range: $19 - $23.00 per hour,paid weekly -Full Time - Opportunities for growth as the company expands and achieves higher revenue targets. - Eligibility for our prestigious annual Recognition & Reward program -Dynamic and collaborative team environment that's supportive and energetic Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.51 - $23.90 per hour Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule Experience: * Sales: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
