Business Development Manager Location: Miami, FL Salary: $120,000 + Bonus + Package We're working with a well-established global freight forwarder seeking a driven Business Development Manager to grow its presence in the Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina and Alabama markets. The Role

• Develop new business across air and ocean freight services
• Identify and win new shipper accounts within the local and regional market
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships What We're Looking For
• Proven sales experience within freight forwarding or logistics
• Strong new-business mindset
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• 10% GP bonus structure
