Jim Barnard Chevrolet is seeking a highly motivated and professional Automotive Sales Associate to join our team in Churchville, New York. This is a full-time opportunity to work with top-selling Chevrolet vehicles, deliver exceptional customer service, and earn a competitive income through base pay and commission. What You 'll Do: * Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences. * Guide customers through the vehicle selection and purchasing process. * Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits. * Negotiate and close sales to meet or exceed monthly goals. * Stay informed about our inventory, promotions, and product offerings. * Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. * Maintain accurate records and attend ongoing training sessions. What You Bring: * Prior automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals. * Flexibility to work weekends and some holidays. * Valid driver's license and clean driving record. * Strong organizational and customer service skills. * Willingness to learn dealership CRM software and vehicle details.
