As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated Residential AT&T Sales Representatives to support our residential outreach efforts. Position Overview: The Residential AT&T Sales Representative role is focused on engaging customers in residential areas through in-person interactions. Your role will involve engaging customers in face-to-face residential settings, explaining AT&T wireless and residential telecommunications services, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored solutions to confidently complete sales. This role involves consistent, face-to-face customer interaction with homeowners in the Santa Clara area and provides structured training for individuals looking to build or strengthen their sales experience and grow alongside a supportive sales team. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct face-to-face residential sales presentations and product demonstrations for AT&T wireless and residential telecommunications services * Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to customers to showcase AT&T wireless and residential telecommunications offerings. * Engage directly with customers, actively listen to their needs, and recommend appropriate AT&T solutions. * Address customer questions, handle objections, and confidently close sales during in-person interactions * Participate in ongoing product and sales training to stay informed on AT&T services, promotions, and updates. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and feedback using our systems within the sales team department. * Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and support performance improvement * Follow up with customers to gather insights, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
