Houston D&C, LLC is seeking a dynamic and engaging In-Home Sales Representative to join our growing team, specializing in high-quality front doors and windows. In this role, you'll meet with homeowners throughout the Greater Houston Area to help design and select premium front door and window solutions, with a focus on ProVia products, that align with their style, functionality, and energy efficiency goals. We're looking for candidates with strong interpersonal skills, a passion for home improvement, and a proven track record in in-home sales, particularly with front doors and windows. Experience with ProVia products is a significant advantage. Key Responsibilities: * Travel to customer homes to conduct in-person consultations for front doors and windows * Assess customer needs and guide them through product selections, focusing on ProVia's premium door and window offerings * Provide expert advice on styles, materials, finishes, and energy-efficient options * Present pricing and close sales using a consultative, no-pressure approach * Build trust and deliver an exceptional customer experience to foster long-term relationships * Maintain follow-up communication as needed throughout the sales and installation process * Represent the Houston D&C brand with professionalism and integrity Qualifications: * At least 1 year of in-home sales experience, with a focus on front doors and/or windows * Experience with ProVia products is a strong plus * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills * Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license * High attention to detail and superior customer service skills * Background in home improvement, exterior design, or window/door sales is preferred * Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently Compensation & Benefits: * 100% commission-based with a tiered commission structure * Opportunities for performance-based bonuses * Flexible part-time schedule * Pre-qualified leads provided by the company * Full details on commission and bonus structure provided during the interview process Join Houston D&C, LLC, and leverage your ProVia sales experience to help homeowners transform their homes with premium front doors and windows.
