Responsibilities: * Actively engage in prospecting and onboarding new customers to contribute to the company's growth objectives. * Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable products and services aligned with their requirements. * Foster long-term customer relationships through diligent follow-ups and sustained engagement. * Collaborate seamlessly with the team to establish, track, and achieve marketing targets. * Utilize a customer-centric approach to guide clients through available insurance options, ensuring a tailored solution. Requirements: * Connecticut Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses * Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals. * Excellent communication skills, coupled with persuasive presentation abilities. * A self-driven and enthusiastic team player possessing strong organizational skills. * Proficient computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Experience: * 2+ years prior insurance sales experience * Experience quoting multiple lines of insurance.
