Responsibilities * Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Conduct field visits, attend networking events, and engage in community outreach to generate leads and * uncover potential clients. * Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish trust and rapport with prospective clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met with tailored solutions. * Close Sales Deals: Use your persuasive skills to convert leads into clients, consistently achieving or surpassing monthly sales targets. * Collaborate with Internal Teams: Partner with Talent Acquisition Managers and other sales team members to ensure seamless communication and transition of client information. * Monitor and Report on Sales Activities: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress using our CRM system. * Provide Feedback: Share valuable insights to help refine strategies and improve lead generation efforts. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) * Meet or exceed quarterly sales and revenue targets. * Generate high-quality leads through proactive field efforts. * Maintain a high level of client satisfaction throughout the sales process. * Contribute to the growth of the sales pipeline by identifying new business opportunities. Qualifications * Proven experience in outside sales, lead generation, or a related role. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence clients effectively. * Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite. * Highly organized with exceptional time management skills. * Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
