What You 'll Do: * Welcome customers and guide them through the vehicle buying process. * Learn customer needs and match them with the right new or pre-owned vehicle at either of our 2 locations. * Prospect for buyers using our CRM software * Present features, benefits, and financing options in a clear, friendly way. * Stay up to date on new models, specials, and incentives. * Work as part of a supportive team to achieve sales goals. What We 're Looking For: * Friendly, positive attitude and excellent communication skills. * Driven, goal-oriented, and eager to learn. * Previous sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required (we will train the right person!). * Must be a team player who values integrity and customer satisfaction.
