That 1 Painter Oregon is hiring a Sales & Project Manager to build and manage a local lead pipeline, run estimates, and oversee projects to completion. This is a W2 role with a company vehicle, strong base, and real sixfigure upside for someone who hustles, networks, and treats their territory like their own business. You will be the face of That 1 Painter in your area, from first conversation to final walkthrough, delivering "Best House Guest Ever" service on every job while consistently expanding your referral and partner network. What you'll do

• Spend a meaningful portion of each week actively networking and building your own lead pipeline (realtors, property managers, local businesses, community events, past clients).
• Run inhome and virtual estimates, present options, and close profitable work.
• Manage projects start to finish: scheduling, coordinating crews, quality checks, and walkthroughs.
• Build and maintain referral networks with realtors, property managers, and past clients to drive steady, high quality leads.
• Proactively follow up on all open estimates and pipeline opportunities to move deals to a decision.
• Handle issues before they become problems, protect margins, and drive 5star reviews.
• Hit and exceed monthly revenue targets for your territory through a mix of company generated and self generated leads.

Compensation

& benefits

• $4,000 per month guaranteed draw (base) against commissions.
• 7-8% commissions on revenue, with higher rates for higher margins. Realistic earnings:
• At $80K per month sold: approximately $90K+ per year.
• Top performers: $110K-$130K+ with bonuses. Bonuses and perks:
• Quarterly bonuses tied to gross profit.
• Company vehicle, fuel, and tools.
• Medical, dental, vision (after 90 days), PTO, holidays, paid training. Pay: $48,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
