Top Job Located in Castle Rock, WA Salary: $42,000-$50,000 DOE We are looking for an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join our Personal Lines team as an Insurance Account Manager. This is a direct hire position so candidate will go directly to work for the company. We are hiring for a well-established independent brokerage that serves all lines of insurance. Job Summary: As a member of our Property & Casualty Lines department, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our supportive team members to provide Insurance with a personal touch. We make insurance personal by getting to know our clients' unique needs and lifestyles so that we can properly protect against a range of potential risks. We understand the diversity amongst our clients and work diligently to ensure that they and their families are appropriately covered. Job Duties/Responsibilities: * Develops and maintains relationships with customers and vendors. * Investigates and resolves customer problems. * Prepare quality submissions to carriers on behalf of clients. * Communicate with clients, agents, and underwriters. * Review and analyze quotations from carriers. * Prepare professional and accurate proposals for presentation to our clients. * Review policies and endorsements for accuracy. * Promote and cross-sell additional coverage to our clients Required Qualifications: * Prior Insurance experience required * WA State property and casualty license. * Excellent customer service skills. * Team player with a positive, ambitious attitude. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. * Excellent time management and multi-tasking ability. * Detail oriented and strong analytical skills. * Passion for making a difference in the community.
