Compensation: $120K $180K (base + commission) Location: Peninsula Market What Youll Do * Work daily with your Sales Manager for coaching, support, and strategy. * Prospect and network to uncover new commercial opportunities (BOMA, IFMA, BCN, referrals, etc.). * Track activities, pipeline, and opportunities in our CRM keeping clear notes for hand-offs and follow-through. * Meet with property managers, boards, and stakeholders to understand needs and present solutions. * Partner with Account Managers to ensure a seamless transition from sale to service. What Were Looking For * Strong communicator with excellent follow-up habits. * Competitive, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a sales-driven role. * Ability to connect with people at all levels (from property staff to executives). * Experience in sales or account development (landscape industry experience a plus, but not required). * Valid drivers license and ability to travel within your territory.
