Compensation

: $120K $180K (base + commission) Location: Peninsula Market What Youll Do

• Work daily with your Sales Manager for coaching, support, and strategy.
• Prospect and network to uncover new commercial opportunities (BOMA, IFMA, BCN, referrals, etc.).
• Track activities, pipeline, and opportunities in our CRM keeping clear notes for hand-offs and follow-through.
• Meet with property managers, boards, and stakeholders to understand needs and present solutions.
• Partner with Account Managers to ensure a seamless transition from sale to service. What Were Looking For
• Strong communicator with excellent follow-up habits.
• Competitive, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a sales-driven role.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels (from property staff to executives).
• Experience in sales or account development (landscape industry experience a plus, but not required).
• Valid drivers license and ability to travel within your territory. Why Allied
