AT &T Account Representative Responsibilities: * Communicate with businesses and present sales solutions for wireless, internet, and other telecom services * Build relationships while delivering outstanding customer service and account support * Assist businesses in enrolling in new services and help to set up their account with ease * Represent industry-leading products with professionalism and confidence * Stay up to date on all services to answer customer questions thoroughly * Enroll customers with care and empathy What You Bring to the AT &T Account Representative Role: * Experience in sales, account management, retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing role is highly desirable * Genuinely care about understanding customer needs and providing real solutions * Have a natural ability to engage, persuade, and close deals with confidence * Articulate ideas clearly and build lasting relationships * Think critically, adapt to challenges, and take initiative * Welcome feedback, embrace learning opportunities, and strive for continuous Pay: $3,800.00 - $5,200.00 per month Work Location: In person
