Responsibilities

• Communicate with businesses and present sales solutions for wireless, internet, and other telecom services
• Build relationships while delivering outstanding customer service and account support
• Assist businesses in enrolling in new services and help to set up their account with ease
• Represent industry-leading products with professionalism and confidence
• Stay up to date on all services to answer customer questions thoroughly
• Enroll customers with care and empathy

What You Bring

to the AT &T Account Representative Role:

• Experience in sales, account management, retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing role is highly desirable
