We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager from the staffing industry to lead and grow a high-performing sales team in Miami, FL. This hands-on leadership role focuses on coaching, hiring, and driving consistent revenue growth. Compensation * Base Salary: $70,000 - $110,000 plus commission * OTE: $90,000 - $140,000+ (Top performers $150K+) Responsibilities * Manage and coach a sales team * Hire, onboard, and develop sales talent * Drive team quota achievement * Prospect and build relationships with decision-makers * Sell temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire staffing solutions * Conduct consultative presentations and in-person client meetings * Maintain and grow a robust sales pipeline * Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction * Negotiate pricing and close high-value contracts Requirements * Staffing industry sales management experience * Sales management experience managing 5+ team members * Bilingual (English/Spanish) required * Proven success exceeding team quotas * Experience managing and scaling sales teams * Revenue responsibility of $5M+ * Miami market experience Schedule * Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM * 100% Onsite in Miami Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year Benefits: * Health insurance * Paid time off Work Location: In person
